Arduino UNO + Olimex SHIELD-EKG-EMG
Record EEG, ECG or EMG with a C$75 single-channel amplifier.
The sketch that runs on the board, a bridge that reads it over USB and checks whether the signal can be trusted, and a browser workbench to watch, record, tag, play back and export to EEG-BIDS. This is not a medical device.
Reference
Bridge (Python)
`apps/server`: the one process that holds the board's serial port, and the checks that say whether what it reads can be trusted. Modules are imported by file name.
Workbench (Python)
`apps/web`: the workbench server, the readout catalogue that says what this front end can carry, the hookup guide and the montage drawings.
Browser modules (JavaScript)
What a page imports: the playback helpers, the fail-safe session recorder and the `<signal-panel>` element. Exported declarations and the comment above each.
How this site is made
1 · Markdown
READMEs and docs are rendered as pages. Edit the file, not the site.
2 · Source
Public functions, classes and types are read from the code without running it.
3 · Stories
Each story is one real call, run at build time. Its source is the example shown.
4 · Data
Each dataset carries its licence and citation; a story's attribution comes from the same record.
